Today many health problems are due to our life style. We are accepting the same but never change our living style. We are taking it lightly but it is serious problem which we realize later at the age of 40-45.
In this blog I will share some of our living style which need to be change for preventing serious healthy related problem.

- Exercise are missing in our daily routine – most of people are doing sitting job or using car or bike to travel even for shorter distance which invite major health problem like high blood pressure, feel lazy every time. No physical work will make you fatty.
Suggestion
There are many physical activities that you can add in your daily routine-
- Exercise in gym or home
- Running for 15-30 min.
- Yoga is best alternative for stay healthy
- Cycling for 15-30n min.
- Dependent on medicine- We are start taking medicine for normal health problem or disease like cough, headache, etc. which affect our liver in long run. Medicine should be use for preventing diseases that not possible to cure naturally. Don’t take medicine without prescription of doctor.
Suggestion
Normal health issue like cough, headache, hair fall problem can be resolve naturally. So, it’s advice for all of you to avoid medicine in such situation. If any serious problem you are facing then only take medicine by consulting doctor
- Lack of Nutrition- Have you ever thought that what ever you are eating is full of nutrients or not. Food that we eat should be full of macro and micro nutrients. If you lack in it then you will invite diseases.
Suggestion
Start adding nutrients in every meal like protein, fat, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals, fibre
It’s not a difficult task, today there are many options available to measure nutrients available
in food.
- Rest time- Due to work pressure we don’t have time to give proper rest to body which in long run affect your body and many health problems arises like headache, eyes also get affected, feeling tired every time due to which unable to concentrate on work, etc.
Suggestion
Give proper rest to your body as it helps you feel energetic next day, you will be more focused towards your work and headache problem which normally found in people, it gets resolve to some extent.
- Using alcohol- In this fast-growing world alcohol consumption also increases it may be due to work pressure or today’s youth drinking alcohol for fun. Many people showing benefits of taking alcohol. Keep in mind alcohol never reduce stress and had no benefit at all. It only creates addiction towards alcohol and in long run it will increases health issues.
Suggestion
If you are taking alcohol then replace it with juices and start doing workout in gym, running, cycling. These all help in quitting alcohol.
- Using tobacco products- Many people added tobacco product in daily routine life. Problem starts when your doctors telling you to stop taking tobacco product and your addiction reach to level from which you find difficult in quitting tobacco. In long run tobacco damage your lungs, sleeping imbalance, headache, medicine that you taking due to any reason, doesn’t show result due to your tobacco addiction. These are only few health problems that mentioned, there are lot more problem that you will face.
Suggestion
Start doing workout in gym at least for one hours, do cycling, running or do yoga. You have willpower and you can quit tobacco.
